YogaFest: Spirit and Nature Dancing Together
at Song of the Morning Retreat, a sanctuary for all thirsty souls in North Woods Michigan
Welcome to the website for Song of the Morning's annual summer yoga festival! As it is autumn now, we are turning the corner from the glorious gathering that was YogaFest 2017, and setting our sights on YogaFest 2018. First things first: we are happy to announce the dates for next year's festival, which will be held from July 26 - 29, 2018 at Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat!
Thank you to everyone who joined us over the last weekend of July 2017 for what was truly a wonderful celebration of spirit, nature, community, service, and all things yoga! It was a beautiful festival and we are grateful to all who helped make it what it was. A special thank you to those of you who took the time to offer feedback regarding your experience. We are presently taking this feedback into account as we do everything within our powers and by the grace of God to cultivate the best possible festival experience for YogaFest 2018.
Over the coming weeks and months we will be updating this website with images from YogaFest 2017, and refreshing the website with all the information you need to know to prepare for and offer into next year's festival. Applications for presenting, vending, and volunteering will be made available sometime in late autumn (likely November).
In the meantime, please poke around this website to see what YogaFest is all about, and reach out to us if you have any questions, comments, ideas or concerns, through the contact form on the right side of this page. And visit our facebook page for the most current conversation on everything that's going on with YogaFest at Song of the Morning, where there is something for every sincere seeker of every age, interest and ability. It is a wonderfully intimate, supremely joyous, and spiritually authentic event celebrating the art and science of divine union, and we are grateful to all of you for sharing it with us.
In divine gratitude and friendship,
The YogaFest team
