Join us as a vendor for YogaFest 2019!

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS MAY 1ST.

We welcome all spiritually conscious merchants to bring your healthy products, art, services, and delicious vegetarian fare to the roughly 600 people we expect on site for YogaFest 2019!

At YogaFest we value our vendors highly, and appreciate the services you provide to everyone who gathers for our blissful and intimate four day yoga festival. As such, we strive to keep our fee structure as low as possible, encouraging you to join us and take a front row seat for this highly conscious, highly uplifting, and altogether beautiful spiritual festival. Please read on to learn about the vendor structure, and fill out a vendor application form for YogaFest 2019. And please take the time to read all about our festival, so you understand how it works. Every year there are vendors who have not taken the time to understand the process, structure, and nuts and bolts of the festival, and it creates unnecessary stress all around. Take your time, and do not let this be you!

The YogaFest Vendor Structure:

There are three different kinds of vendors at YogaFest. Please review the structure to determine which permit most applies to you:

A Merchant Vendor Permit costs $100 and applies to any booth which is NOT selling food or drinks. This fee includes festival entry, access, and camping for one person. Additional workers (maximum of two) may assist you in running your booth, for an additional fee of $50 per person, which again includes entry, camping and full festival access. Please respect the spirit of this policy by bringing with you only those who are essential to helping you run your booth (i.e. this is for essential workers and assistants, not for friends or spouses looking to attend the festival on the cheap). Merchant vendors are reserved a 10' x 10' space in the thick of YogaFest activity, where you can set up your booth on a first-come first-served basis, starting at noon on Thursday, July 25. The expectation is that all vendors are self-sufficient, so you will need to fill your space with your own table, chairs, etc. Some vendors will be able to camp directly behind your booth, however space is limited so your campsite will need to be compact, you will be required to park your vehicle elsewhere, and at a certain point we will run out of room and you will be given a campsite a short walking distance from vendor alley. Due to logistical constraints electricity will not be available either at your campsite or your booth, and in order to maintain the integrity of a spiritually and naturally serene space, generators are not allowed. We will do our best, however, to make wi-fi available, but please understand we are in a rustic location, and unforseen outages are possible.

A Drink Vendor Permit costs $200 and includes festival entry, access and camping for three people, all of whom are expected to be working your station. These are passes for employees; not for friends or spouses who are trying to attend the festival on the cheap. Drink Vendor Permits apply strictly to vendors serving non-alcoholic drinks only. If you are serving food you will need to purchase a food vendor permit. If you are utilizing a 10' x 10' booth space, you may elect to be classified as a merchant vendor, which will mean slightly less prominent placement, but a cheaper vendor fee (see merchant permit structure above). A campsite is included with your drink vendor permit, but that campsite may be a short distance from your booth or truck. Space is negotiable depending on your setup, and all vendors are expected to be self-sufficient with everything they need. That said: communicate any outside needs you might have with us and we will do our best to work with you. Electricity and wi-fi will be available for drink vendors, although please understand that we are in a rustic location and unforseen outages are possible.

A Food Vendor Permit costs $300 and includes festival entry, access, and camping for up to four people, all of whom are expected to be working your station. These are passes for employees; not for friends or spouses who are trying to attend the festival on the cheap. Food vendors will have wi-fi and electricity access (although please understand that we are a rustic festival, and unforseen outages are possible), including the potential of plugging in your food truck to our power grid. Space is negotiable depending on your setup, and all vendors are expected to be self-sufficient with everything they need. That said: communicate any outside needs you might have with us and we will do our best to work with you. YogaFest is a festival built on yogic values of health and wholeness and, as such, we will only approve vegetarian food options.

Please fill out the application below to bring your services, products, artwork, or delicious vegetarian fare to YogaFest 2019. We warmly invite you to join us for an ecstatic front row seat to our intimate and sacred yoga festival.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a $25 application fee which you will be required to pay to complete your submission. This fee will be refunded if we deny your application, or it will be put towards your vendor permit if you are accepted, so really it is more of a down payment than a fee. It will NOT be refunded, however, if we approve your application but you elect not to come to the festival, regardless of circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
