Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat
YogaFest is held at Song of the Morning Yoga Retreat, a very special place founded by Yogacharya J. Oliver Black, a direct disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda. In 2020 it celebrated its golden anniversary of 50 years as a spiritual sanctuary for all truth thirsty souls. The Retreat is supported by the residents of the Clearlight Community as well as a circle of friends all over the region who have made Song of the Morning their spiritual home. Tucked back in the pristine North Woods of Michigan's Pigeon River (directions here), Song of the Morning is the perfect venue for a festival celebration of the divine dance of spirit and nature.
