YogaFest: Spirit and Nature Dancing Together
July 27 - 30, 2017
at Song of the Morning Retreat, a sacred sanctuary in North Woods Michigan
Thank you for your interest in YogaFest, an annual celebration where spirit and nature dance blissfully together! Now in its seventh year, YogaFest is an intimate community festival held every summer on Song of the Morning's sacred grounds, where truth thirsty souls have been gathering for spiritual replenishment for nearly 50 years. We invite everyone to join us over the last weekend of July 2017 to celebrate spirit, nature, ritual, service, and all things yoga! Tickets are on sale now!
On this website you will find everything you need to know about participating in YogaFest, whether in preparation for attendance, or by offering your unique gifts as a member of the festival co-creation team. You can learn more about the festival, apply to be a presenter, sponsor, intern, vendor, or volunteer, and purchase passes for the weekend, or for the day. As the festival draws near we will announce a lineup and eventually a schedule, but in the meantime you can browse last year's schedule to give you an idea of the many opportunities at YogaFest for spiritual expression and immersion. This includes workshops, programs of meditation and ceremony, devotional singing, and of course, the wide variety of dance, movement, and yoga classes offered during this blissfully auspicious extended weekend.
Learn more about the festival grounds, or visit Song of the Morning’s website for much more information on this Yoga Retreat of Excellence, which is not just a festival setting but the spiritual home for sincere seekers of truth the whole year round. If you have any questions about Song of the Morning, or about YogaFest, the lines of communication are always open on our end, and we invite you to get ahold of us by filling out the contact form on the side of this (and every other) webpage; or by calling 989.983.4107.
There is something for every sincere seeker, of every age, interest and ability, at YogaFest 2017. It is a wonderfully intimate, supremely joyous, and spiritually authentic event celebrating the art and science of divine union. We look forward to sharing it with you all!
In gratitude and blessings,
YogaFest Coordinator Brian Clark, and the entire YogaFest team
